Here is a cartoon that was drawn after the Battle of Ortona. It would have most likely been done from the perspective of someone who was not completely for Germany's side, but also not on Canada's side.

It shows the German soldiers, clearly identified by the Nazi symbol on their right shoulders, asking themselves if they think that they might have made a mistake by starting the battle. In the bottom right hand corner, there are the corpses of the German soldiers that would have died in the Battle of Ortona. This is because Canada had clearly won against Germany, and now the German's were re-thinking their tactics although it was way too late, since they already had lost those soldiers in battle.
